Cellular Health and Water

www.myganocafe.com/fasttrack     Each morning after you leave the bed, first head over and walk across the cool kitchen floor, and treat yourself to a clean, cool, and refreshing glass of purified water.  Your body will appreciate the refreshing internal bath from the cool shower of essential fluid.
This early practice each day will jump-start the brain and body and make your cells fat and happy.  If you prefer lemon or lime grab one and just whack it with a knife into a few tangy, juicy, and sour wedges and enjoy.
Some  people prefer to start their day with coffee, tea, or soda. This is typical for many of us,however, it isn't the ideal liquid diet.  It is best to drink water prior to anything else. And then begin the day with your beverage of choice.  Add purified water to your routine.  I great slogan for those who are low users would be "just add water" posted on your refrigerator, your dashboard, and your work desk.
When caffiene is introduced to the cells, it simultaneously presents the need for a higher uptake of water.  Yep, the caffeine hangs around in the cells over a longer period of time - over several hours as a matter of fact.  Therefore you need additional water over the same period (hours)of time to flush the cells. When caffeine is present in the cells it makes them thirsty and thus the need for more water to flush your cells of the caffeine and to hydrate them at the same time.  This will help keep the cells plump, fat and happy.  The body is 75% water anyway or maybe 73% for those who hate to drink plain water.  Maybe that's why they are usually grumpy.  Forgive me I slipped into a trance for a moment.  (smile)
There is NO holiday for the body's thirst for water.
Truth told most people are trolling around dehydrated everday as it is.  One thing that could keep most people healthy, out of the doctors office, feeling better daily, and free from headaches.  Would be to simply  drink a lot more water - everyday.
Here is an example to keep fresh in your mind and let's take a playful example, say a man weighs 500lbs okay.  Now guess how much water he would need in one day? Nearly two gallons a day !!  That's a lot of water folks.
The formula for this is as follows: First take the man's weight in pounds which is 500 divide by 2 , i.e. 500/2 = 250 .  The 250 would be required in ounces/oz. in water intake daily.  For the A-types that need exact measurements here ya go - a gallon is 128oz x2 = 256 oz is two gallons. That's 10.66 oz an hour every hour of every day if you weighed 500lbs.  Luckily most of us weigh a lot less and would need much less water daily.     To learn about true weight loss   Click Here!

Now let's say that you weigh 140lbs take that number divide by 2 , 140/2 = 70ounces/oz daily water intake required.  This will keep the body less acidic, healthy, and the blood chemistry optimal and probably keep you out of doctors offices for good.  But you will be frequenting restrooms when you start with this due to cleansing your cells and body of toxins and stuff.  But it gets better in a few short days.
A question for you-what kind of water do you now drink on a daily basis?  Well it matters and it matters a lot.  I would really encourage you to track down a filter for all of your water intake every day and even when cooking!  An inexpensive filter will do the job.  Most important is to remove the odors, most bacteria present, chlorine and other gases typically found in the water.
If you are a coffee or tea lover then you will soon fall in love with your new water filter.  I use the PUR brand you can get it most anywhere and it fits on the kitchen faucet.
Many refrigerators come equipped with a water filter these days.  It is time to get filtering isn't it?

Stay healthy,

Keep it rolling!
