Staying Fired-Up At Wake Up





Whether you are young or young at heart consider changing the very first action prior to leaving the bed each morning. Preferably even before your feet touch the floor. Give yourself a little ramp up time for both practice and implementation of the following.


As you lift to a vertical position try giving yourself a little affirmation pep talk. Say out loud (or a whisper it's okay) that you are wonderful, Ah Hemm, "I am wonderful, I am happy, I am a blessing to this Earth, and I am a happy person, and I am a gift to my family, now go out and make it a great day."

If you have never tried this intention then you owe it to yourself! However, a warnng is due here. This may startle your mate or at the least get them talking to you. LOL


Do not let any fear of your partner who may overhear your self-praise stop you or somehow interrupt this practice. If they awake - great ! Maybe a little would rub off on them. They may wonder if you've strayed and hooked-up with some cult, but not to worry, even though you know it feels a little weird too.


Stay with it for 21 days and you will never stop believing, and achieving in your life.


Are you still with me ? ...Great! Please give it some thought and ease up yourself and just know that this one action could take a day or two before you make it an action step. Sometimes even a month could pass before you to get the guts to try it out.

A promise to you- your first weird "wake up day" will be in your thoughts and remain with you all day long. And maybe it will last in your tickle memory forever. Another benefit of this action is that it may even make you laugh at a time when you need it the most.
