Not So Organic Raw Foods

     Raw foods give your digestive system a vacation. Live foods have sufficient enzymes to bypass the pancreas, which secretes enzymes for the digestive process. 
     
     Though it may seem unreasonable you must eliminate all processed sugars, condiments, and fast foods if you really want to begin a healthy lifestyle.   Ehhh? I can hear the screams now. 


     A severe change in diet will create some moments of temporary mental withdrawal, not to worry they will not create any medical withdrawals. It will just tax your bad habits and test your will for about a month.

     Did you know that it is illegal to purchase raw milk in the USA?  California is the only state that can legally sell raw milk.  You could buy raw milk from a dairy farmer locally in your state if you desire.  However you would need to join a "purchase a portion of the cow plan" in order to get around the silly laws.  Crazy isn't it?

350 grass fed cows which are thriving in a setting of natural conditions, and which produce organically managed milk  the way God created.  
   
     Just say no to milk that contains growth hormones - which are fed to the cow only for their milk production - not to benefit you.  Organic milk is also ultra-pasteurized, and homogenized.  Either of these could result in increasing cholesterol and an unhealthy LDL which can lead to heart disease.  
     
     Raw milk is much better for you, actually it is an unprocessed and whole food, and it is loaded with  lactobacillus  which is a indispensable enzyme that aids the gut in breaking down lactose.  
     
     The Mayo Clinic recommended the use of raw milk for eliminating diseases over many years.  A woman's breast milk is raw milk and it certainly isn't pasteurized. 


     For heaven's sake eat your whole raw eggs, and forget the non-sense of only eating egg whites products. It is unhealthy eating only egg whites products.  It results in lower biotin stores within your body. Actually egg white products are void of the nutrients found in the whole raw egg.  
      
     Just so you know - regular raw eggs are from miserable chickens, and they are a result of divorced chickens. (smile) you know that's funny.  But seriously they are grain fed in crowded cages, and inhumane conditions and these chickens produce nutritionally deficient eggs. 
     
     Look for cage-free, organic eggs. (they can be found in your supermarket ).  These are preferred because the chickens are  given the freedom to run around and eat insects and natural foods in their environment which helps them to produce nutrient-rich raw eggs.  


     Also try to avoid margarine at all costs, and choose the organic butter instead because it too is hormone-free.
